Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and draft routine legal documents for attorneys to review and utilize.
  • Compile and prepare draft discovery responses, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare deposition and medical record summaries/chronologies, requiring strong analytical skills.
  • Schedule depositions and mediations, coordinating with multiple parties involved in litigation.
  • Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Categorize and interpret data, reviewing and analyzing reports, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of civil defense litigation paralegal experience, with a strong track record of success.
