HYBRID – If you reside within a specified distance from Chamberlain University offices, this role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week, with the remainder of the workweek spent working from home.

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst for Licensing and Accreditation plays a crucial role in ensuring that all educational institutions and business units comply with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations. This includes obtaining and maintaining the necessary approvals to operate, confer degrees, and recruit in all relevant jurisdictions. The Senior Analyst also provides guidance to each institution within the Adtalem network regarding regulatory policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute all analyst responsibilities as required. Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to collect necessary data and materials for applications and reports. Ensure timely and compliant submission of all application materials. Maintain databases and resource materials essential for task execution. Analyze the institutional impact of current and proposed regulations, presenting findings to leadership and recommending solutions. Engage in special projects as needed and perform related duties as assigned. May mentor new team members based on experience. Oversee the maintenance of relevant regulatory heat maps. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support the evaluation of new institutional initiatives requiring regulatory approvals and help prioritize tasks to secure those approvals. Aid the Manager in assessing the institutional implications of current and proposed regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated environment is required. Experience in higher education licensing or accreditation is preferred. Proven ability to gather and analyze various data types and communicate findings effectively. Self-motivated individual capable of completing projects and tasks independently and efficiently. Proficient in general computing and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, oral and written communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and work ethic. Excellent proofreading abilities. Capable of interacting with senior leadership and external agencies in a professional manner. Writing samples may be requested.

Additional Information

In alignment with pay transparency regulations, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
