Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage teams with varying levels of Agile maturity and facilitate transitions from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interview business representatives, mediate stakeholder disputes, and address inquiries from executives.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, product backlog reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Exhibit strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Develop Epics, User Stories, and their corresponding Acceptance Criteria.
- Document business requirements and detailed specifications from multiple departmental stakeholders for submission to the development team (C# .NET, SQL).
- Govern operational objectives by analyzing business functions, gathering pertinent information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Create and implement test plans (both manual and automated) based on business requirements to ensure traceability, and guide testing resources on proper procedures to maintain compliance.
- Design workflow charts and diagrams; analyze system functions; draft specifications.
- Possess knowledge of Agile delivery models.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists.
- Ensure stakeholders maintain visibility into projects while holding them accountable for their roles in the development process to prevent bottlenecks.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business cases and their supporting developmental and contextual processes through verbal communication, diagrammatic representation, and technical writing.
- Utilize your knowledge of the company’s infrastructure and data repository to facilitate both developmental and data reporting requirement gathering.
- Take a leadership role in enhancing the company’s project-based developmental processes.
- Familiarity with JIRA, TFS, and other project tracking tools is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science or process-related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating workflows and specifications.
- Proven ability to generate various reports for management teams.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
