About the Role

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in strategic markets throughout the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including executives and key personnel
  • Present and explain financial products and their value to prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of territory sales/business development experience
  • Demonstrated record of success in providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
  • Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing market
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time
  • Financial background is a plus
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish are a must
