Your Role
- Drive Sales Growth
Achieve sales targets for all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory, working closely with Clinical Specialists and Market Development Managers to advance revenue and market position.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition
Keep up-to-date with new products in assigned subject area and company products, ensuring you have the knowledge to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.
- Lead and Develop
Partner with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers to develop skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership, driving business growth and expansion.
- Build Customer Relationships
Develop strong relationships with customer contacts across hospitals and clinics, identifying new opportunities for product expansion and driving business growth.
You're the Right Fit If
- Proven Track Record
You have 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management, with a successful track record in driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
- Business Acumen
You have a BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Technical Knowledge
You have strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to effectively engage with customers and present a value proposition.
- Physical and Cognitive Abilities
You are able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Sales position, with or without accommodation.
