Retail Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Surpassing sales targets by effectively marketing unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive customer feedback.
  • Assisting new clients throughout the rental process, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers to confirm their moving dates and secure their storage units.
  • Managing overdue accounts and efficiently handling the necessary paperwork related to the lien and auction processes.

  • Conducting regular property inspections to maintain security, cleanliness, and overall upkeep, including tasks such as checking locks, cleaning units, restocking supplies, and performing light maintenance.
  • Effectively communicating updates, results, and recommendations to the District Manager and Leadership Team.
