Position Overview: The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a crucial liaison between the business and the Technology Group, functioning as an integral team member for various program and operational departments.

Role Responsibilities: The Business Analyst is expected to gain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's objectives and workflows, while fostering relationships with business stakeholders to promote collaboration on behalf of the Technology Group.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, particularly in business analysis.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in both on-premise and software-as-a-service (SaaS) application delivery.
  4. Proven ability to extract business requirements and deduce business processes in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  5. Experience in documenting business requirements and processes, including detailed process flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and preliminary prototypes.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills within established technology frameworks.
  7. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate them effectively.
  8. Quick to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Excellent prioritization, time management, and resource identification skills for projects.
  10. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished presentation style.
  11. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  12. Extensive experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or PeopleSoft.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Business Analysis, CRM Systems, and experience with non-profit organizations, along with very strong presentation skills.
  2. In-depth experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or PeopleSoft.
