Key Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in technology, focusing specifically on business analysis.
  3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in both on-premise and software-as-a-service (SaaS) application delivery.
  4. Proven ability to extract business requirements and analyze business processes in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  5. Experience in documenting business requirements and processes, including detailed process flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and initial prototypes.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills within established technology frameworks.
  7. Understanding of organizational dynamics with the capability to navigate them effectively.
  8. Ability to quickly build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time, and allocate resources for projects.
  10. Excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by polished presentation abilities.
  11. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  12. Extensive experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or PeopleSoft.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Expertise in Business Analysis, CRM Systems, and experience with non-profit organizations, along with exceptional presentation skills.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, or PeopleSoft.
