Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct patient care, lead clinical teams, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel.
  • Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent and patient safety.
  • Administer medication, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and safety.
