Job Title: Bilingual Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team in the COPE Clinic. As a Bilingual Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with various cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral disorders
  • Observe patient behavior, activities, and mental status; perform triage and crisis intervention
  • Develop and implement treatment plans; coordinate patient drug and procedure activities; administer medication and treatment
  • Provide education to patients and families on treatment regimens, management of side effects, and compliance with treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
  • 1 year of direct experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills
