We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. Job Summary:The Bilingual Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and participate in education and training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, needs, and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional growth and development.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
