Sales Development Representative

Tri-State Forest Products is a leading wholesale building materials distributor in the Mid-West, with a strong presence in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience in the building materials industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
