Job Opportunity

Renovia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a critical role in driving the front end of the sales process through organized and strategic outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive sales training program within the first two weeks of onboarding
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling and emailing
  • Work directly off of provided call lists
  • Log all completed call activity in Salesforce
  • Schedule all follow-up and next-step activity in Salesforce
  • Utilize Outlook for managing calendar and time effectively
  • Schedule meetings from outbound activity
  • Participate in National Account meetings and strategy sessions
  • Engage in cross-departmental shadowing and learning opportunities
Requirements
  • Able to motivate and manage oneself in a remote work environment
  • Prioritize tasks by importance and deadlines
  • Able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Hungry for experience and growth in personal business acumen
Skills and Knowledge
  • Utilize provided scripts and call lists
  • Anticipate the risks and rewards of decisions and their impact on the bottom line
Outcomes and Measures of Success
  1. Outbound activity will be measured in Salesforce through task completion and scheduling
  2. Meetings scheduled will be measured in Salesforce through the Call Result section and reviewed bi-weekly with the Account Executive

Candidates will gain a robust experience in sales and develop tangible sales skills that will propel them ahead of their peers and provide applicable skills for their career.
