About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and brands to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for employees and customers alike.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, optimize inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
