Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in General Nephrology/Kidney Transplant, Hospital Sales or Diagnostic Testing. The role will involve representing disruptive diagnostic testing technology in the Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Toledo areas. Key responsibilities include building relationships with Nephrology Transplant Centers/Nephrologists and driving sales growth. The compensation package includes a base salary of $115k - $135k, with a target commission of $65k uncapped, resulting in a total potential earnings of $180k - $200k. Benefits include a company car or $650 car allowance, unlimited vacation, medical, 401k, business expenses covered, and ESPP. The successful candidate will have documented sales success and current diagnostic experience, with Nephrology area relationships a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Represent disruptive diagnostic testing technology in the assigned territory
Build relationships with Nephrology Transplant Centers/Nephrologists
Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

2+ years of sales experience in General Nephrology/Kidney Transplant, Hospital Sales or Diagnostic Testing
Proven sales success and ability to drive growth
Current diagnostic experience and knowledge of the industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
