Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist clients with policy modifications, endorsements, and renewals.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding Property & Casualty insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Process new insurance applications and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support claims processing and follow up to guarantee timely resolutions.
- Maintain precise and thorough client records and documentation.
- Assist the sales team by delivering quotes and policy recommendations to prospective clients.
- Address billing inquiries and help clients with payment processing.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and updates in insurance products.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Property & Casualty insurance department as required.
- Perform additional duties and projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to establish and nurture relationships.
- Proficient in using software applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Currently licensed or willing to obtain the necessary industry licensure.
