Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Assist clients with policy modifications, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding Property & Casualty insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
  • Process new insurance applications and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support claims processing and follow up to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Maintain precise and thorough client records and documentation.
  • Assist the sales team by delivering quotes and policy recommendations to prospective clients.
  • Address billing inquiries and help clients with payment processing.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and updates in insurance products.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Property & Casualty insurance department as required.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Proficient in using software applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Currently licensed or willing to obtain the necessary industry licensure.
