As a Technical Support Specialist at Corewell Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, members, and communities. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
- Develop and maintain knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolution
- Collaborate with more experienced colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
- Perform service restoration analysis to facilitate quick return of functionality to users
- Document best practices and triages when appropriate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Less than 2 years' experience in a related field
- Associate's degree or equivalent/Technical school or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with clinical information systems and environments (preferred)
