Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolution
  • Collaborate with more experienced colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
  • Perform service restoration analysis to facilitate quick return of functionality to users
  • Document best practices and triages when appropriate
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Associate's degree or equivalent/Technical school or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience with clinical information systems and environments (preferred)
