Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries through various channels promptly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with modifications to their policies, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding Property & Casualty insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
  • Process new insurance applications and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support claims processing and follow up to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Maintain thorough and precise client records and documentation.
  • Assist the sales team by offering quotes and policy suggestions to prospective clients.
  • Manage billing inquiries and help clients with payment processing.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and changes in insurance offerings.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Property & Casualty insurance department as required.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient in using software applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Current licensure or willingness to obtain necessary industry licenses.
