Job Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Guidepost Solutions LLC's Miami office and LATAM region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including mail, supplies, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials for the co-presidents of LATAM.
  • Collaborate with LATAM leadership to organize executive meetings, client interactions, and regional events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate pre-bills for clients.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Accounting Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
