The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Guidepost Solutions LLC's Miami office and LATAM region.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate administrative tasks, including mail, supplies, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials for the co-presidents of LATAM.
- Collaborate with LATAM leadership to organize executive meetings, client interactions, and regional events.
- Ensure timely and accurate pre-bills for clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Accounting Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
