Job Overview

CarHop is a leading provider of auto sales and finance solutions, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail location, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, warranty, and other operational aspects of the branch
  • Collaborate with the existing Branch Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or sales industry
  • Proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and develop action plans to drive business growth
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
