Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling cabinetry products to contractors and builders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the construction and cabinetry industry, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to target contractors, builders, and construction firms within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, and developers.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand the client base.
• Lead contract negotiations and finalize sales deals.
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and the production department to ensure smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales metrics, project pipelines, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales goals.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable).

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in selling construction or cabinetry products to contractors and builders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of cabinetry products, materials, and installation processes. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
