About the Role

CereCore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential or existing customers to generate interest in CereCore services
  • Answer questions about services or the company
  • Research and build relationships to understand customer needs
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism
  • Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions
  • Ensure the success of existing, as well as new services through the sales of client-focused solutions at key health systems
  • Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow-up efforts
  • Create a strong follow-up plan that will increase efficiency and sales conversion rates
  • Support marketing efforts through communication of industry events, trade shows, and other applicable networking events to prospects and existing clients
  • Diligent use of HubSpot and/or Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Assists with reporting, process documentation, and organization within CRM tool(s)
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on weekly sales progress and metrics
  • Stays up-to-date on industry insights through weekly research of accounts and prospects
  • Attends industry functions as needed to increase brand awareness
