Job Title: HR Manager

House of Spices Global Foods is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will provide strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team, ensuring that our HR practices and policies are aligned with our company values and goals. This role will also be responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Develop and implement compensation programs, including salary structures and bonus plans
  • Manage performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Masters' degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)/(SHRM-CP) credential
  • 6-8 years of HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
