Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and executing HR programs, policies, and processes, as well as providing strategic support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on labor relations and employee relations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
