Job Title:

Human Resources Coordinator Assistant

Overview:

The Learning Center for the Deaf seeks a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Job Summary:

This role plays a crucial part in shaping the experience of applicants and employees, reflecting the organization's commitment to being a warm, inclusive, and welcoming community.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Process: Assist with employee orientations, maintaining HR records, processing background checks, managing HR calendars, and supporting benefits plan administration.
  • Data Management: Maintain employee information in HRIS, generate reports, track data, and perform analysis as required.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with health and benefits plan administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, proficiency with Mac/Apple computers, and ability to learn new applications.

Compensation:
