Job Summary

The Human Resources Associate will serve as a primary resource for all US and Puerto Rico associates at all levels. This individual will provide information regarding company-specific HR policies and procedures while complying with COMPANY, State, and Federal guidelines. Inquiries and processing include benefits, W2s, and 1095s. The ideal candidate will develop a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures through administrative processing and responding to phone inquiries, documented in the case management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responds to inquiries through multiple modes of contact related to W2s & 1095s.
  • Assists associates and managers navigating through HR systems.
  • Documents summary details of calls and processing in the case management system.
  • Escalates/partners on complex issues as required.
  • Complies with COMPANY, state, city, and federal regulations.
  • Utilizes policies, procedures, and internal resource materials to develop knowledge of all subjects handled by HR Shared Services.
  • Performs accurate and timely processing of HR transactions in the HCM system.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

This role is a remote position, but can be converted to an on-site role at any time.
