Job Description

As a Medical Scheduler Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, maintaining provider profiles, and identifying gaps between provider availability and patient needs. You will work closely with the management team to maximize provider days and review patient enrollment for assigned facilities.

You will also be responsible for coordinating facility data, communicating scheduling information, and providing internal support for HealthDrive providers. Additionally, you will facilitate same-day care and update managers/supervisors with feedback from customers to improve services or provide recognition of staff members.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) + company match, Verizon Wireless, Dell, and other employee discounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. You should be highly organized, able to work fully in-office, and comfortable using custom and
