Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant staff member
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in reception or a related field
  • Prior experience in switchboard operation and phone call triage
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
