Job Overview
South Middlesex Opportunity Council is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychiatric Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating clinical nursing services within our assigned clinic, primarily serving Spanish-speaking clients. You will work closely with our psychiatric Medical Director and provide psychopharmacological and related clinical interventions to clients using various treatment modalities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct psychopharmacology, clinical consultation, and on-call services within the outpatient clinic.
- Offer psychoeducation on medication management and relevant medical education.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning on behalf of clients.
- Maintain productivity levels and meet defined standards.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with community providers to deliver care to clients.
- Contribute to relevant clinical program development.
- Provide diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy interventions as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing required.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Current RN license and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician's Assistant are necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are vital.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions:
This position involves direct or incidental contact with clients served by South Middlesex Opportunity Council in various programs funded through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. As a hybrid office and remote position, you will have flexibility in your work arrangement.
