Care Coordination Supervisor Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordination Supervisor Lead to oversee the care coordination staff within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). As a licensed clinician, you will conduct assessments, provide individual treatment, and supervise care coordination staff.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of professionals, developing and maintaining deep knowledge of services offered by the agency, affiliate agencies, and community resources. You will also be responsible for facilitating trainings, providing administrative oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**Responsibilities and Qualifications**
- Provide high-quality evaluations and individual clinical services.
- Assist in treatment plan development in collaboration with the person served.
- Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision to care coordination staff.
- Facilitate trainings and supervision for care coordination staff.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
