Key Responsibilities:
Noblis is seeking a proficient HR Analytics Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

The main objective will be to enhance the flow of HR information, develop data models, and provide insightful People analytics using tools such as Power BI, Cognos Analytics, and the Business Intelligence (BI) suite within UKG Pro, our HRIS platform, along with other leading industry tools.

The selected candidate will analyze data from various systems to identify and illustrate organizational trends.

This role will act as a trusted consultant to our HR and business executives, aiding in compliance, workforce planning, and talent management through comprehensive data analysis.

Collaboration with functional and technical team members across the organization is essential for this position.

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in human resources, finance, or a related technical field.


A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in roles involving HR project management, HR systems, database management, workforce analytics, and data visualization.


Proficiency in creatively exploring and analyzing data to uncover HR insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and experience in integrating and analyzing multiple data sets are required.


Experience in data extraction, analysis, insight development, predictive analytics, and dashboard creation using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and UKG Pro's Cognos BI tool.


Previous experience in developing metrics and reporting frameworks to assist HR and business leaders in understanding organizational trends (e.g., hiring, turnover, workforce planning) to inform strategic business decisions.

High attention to detail is crucial, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and effective management of personnel data.

The ability to manage and safeguard confidential and sensitive information in accordance with Noblis' Policies and Procedures is required.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Desired Qualifications:
A solid understanding of system back-end requirements and prior implementation experience is preferred.

Flexibility and the capacity to deliver quick turnaround times when necessary.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and address any unconscious biases.


Knowledge of affirmative action data requirements related to affirmative action plans, including data that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within an organization.

Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to manage and lead multiple projects concurrently.

Experience in change management and working with acquisitions is advantageous.


A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team; confident in sharing insights and ideas.


Demonstrated ability to adopt a consultative approach to identify and articulate internal customer business needs, develop optimal data analysis strategies, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.

A natural curiosity for statistical analysis, results, and implications for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with system implementations and integrations is beneficial.

A curious mindset with the ability to identify and showcase trends.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements, as well as applicable employment laws.

The projected salary range for this position is included in the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time employees receive a prorated salary based on their scheduled hours.

The estimated minimum and maximum salary displayed represents the broadest range for this position (considering high geographic and clearance requirements) and is just one aspect of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.
