Role Overview

As a vital member of the Amivero team, you will leverage your understanding of customer needs, your enthusiasm for service, and your proactive approach to modernize critical government IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis on new account creation attempts and investigative findings to uncover fraudulent trends within partner ecosystems.
  • Utilize analytical insights to guide program strategies, adjust fraud policy configurations, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps teams to enhance data infrastructure and operationalize analytics programs.
  • Develop and maintain models to detect various types of identity fraud, including account takeover and synthetic identity fraud.
  • Monitor fraud analytics, including anomaly detection and social network analysis.
  • Integrate data from third-party providers to continuously refine fraud detection methodologies.
  • Assess fraud risks and establish control measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Create dashboards to report key performance indicators and suspicious activity alerts.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • US Citizenship to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Fraud/Identity operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, SQL, Python, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in data visualization and creating dynamic dashboards in Tableau.
  • Familiarity with both relational and non-relational database systems.
  • A keen interest in problem-solving and delivering optimal solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to various data systems and software tools.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate complex ideas clearly.
