The HR Operations Specialist will oversee the daily functions of the HR department and ensure the effective implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Goals
The HR Operations Specialist will utilize industry best practices to foster a high-performance culture across our organization. The ideal candidate will cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace that prioritizes empowerment, quality, and achievement while attracting and nurturing top talent.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
- Proven experience and enthusiasm for recruitment processes.
- Preferred training in employment law, compensation structures, organizational planning, employee relations, safety protocols, and training methodologies.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, or SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
- Experience in federal contracting is a plus.
