Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
  • Proven experience and enthusiasm for recruitment processes.
  • Preferred training in employment law, compensation structures, organizational planning, employee relations, safety protocols, and training methodologies.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, or SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
  • Experience in federal contracting is a plus.
