- Reception Management: Oversee the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications, maintaining a professional image.
- Office Supplies: Organize, maintain, and communicate office supply orders.
- Conference Room Reservations: Coordinate conference room reservations and ensure smooth operations.
- Mail Distribution: Receive and distribute office mail in a timely manner.
- Office Events: Assist with planning and executing office events, including sales meetings, training classes, and social events.
- Agent Support: Provide administrative support to agents, including business card orders, name badges, and other needs.
- Sign Room Management: Oversee the inventory and organization of the sign room, as well as the distribution of marketing materials.
- Sponsorships: Coordinate with sponsors for opportunities and ensure seamless execution.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain printers and supplies, as well as care for office foliage.
- Minimum one year of administrative and customer service experience.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience.
