Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

At Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless hotel operations, and leading a team of front office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in directing the daily operations of the front office.
  • Supervise and work with front office staff to ensure the highest quality of guest service.
  • Train and develop front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to front office staff to improve their performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of absences and tardiness.
  • Perform all front office duties, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and maintaining a high daily average rate (ADR).
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay aware of direct competition and make recommendations to improve our hotel's services and amenities.
  • Fill in at the front desk and reservations when staffing needs and hotel needs dictate.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper room status.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 10 to 20 front office staff members.
  • Responsible for the direction, coordination, and execution of the front office department.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Train and develop front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • In-depth knowledge of Front Office and Reservations System procedures.
