Front Office Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Emerald Logistix.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
* Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized
* Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the office calendar
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed
* Assist with the coordination of company events and meetings
* Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and answer general inquiries
* Support other office departments with various tasks as required
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
