Job Description:

A Front Desk Coordinator at Fresh Form Draft is responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a positive first impression for clients and visitors. This role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
