Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Join the Loews Hotels team as an Assistant Front Office Manager and take on a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of world-class front desk services to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient welcome registration, rooming, and account settlement for hotel guests.
  • Ensure prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests and professional and timely resolution of guest complaints.
  • Maintain accurate occupancy data and assist in maximizing daily rooms revenue through the application of effective yield management sales strategies.
  • Liaise with Valet Parking provider to ensure smooth operation consistent with hotel standards.
  • Train, monitor, and supervise the performance of all Guest Services employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of hotel operations experience, preferably in a Front Office role in a luxury hotel.
  • 1+ year of Supervisory or Management experience in a hotel operation is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in property management.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
