Estimated Salary: $120,000 annually with bonus potential
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the West Coast region
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth
- Prioritize customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Two years of experience working in manufacturing
- Knowledge of international business
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%
