Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities to drive sales.

- Change Management: Lead and navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in business strategy and operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation Package:
$120,000 annually, with bonus potential. Travel up to 50-75%. Proficient use of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM required.
