JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive E-commerce Project Manager to lead enterprise-level B2B and B2C e-commerce initiatives, focusing on the SAP Commerce technology stack and integrating marketplace solutions like Mirakl. The successful candidate will possess a strong history of managing intricate IT projects. This role entails aligning with business goals, overseeing comprehensive project lifecycles, and ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.

Project Leadership and Strategic Planning:

  • Direct the planning, execution, and completion of e-commerce projects, including those utilizing Mirakl for marketplace functionalities.
  • Create detailed project plans, track progress, identify potential challenges, and implement strategies to maintain project timelines.
Risk and Change Management:
  • Identify risks proactively, develop contingency plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among all project stakeholders, including vendors like Mirakl, business users, developers, and executive leadership to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources or services.
  • Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project milestones and results.
Budget and Financial Oversight:
  • Oversee the financial aspects of e-commerce projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting that reflects the current project status and adherence to budget.
Performance and Compliance Reporting:
  • Regularly report to management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and company policies, achieving desired business impacts and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management expertise with experience in deploying e-commerce platforms like SAP Commerce and marketplace solutions such as Mirakl.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with the technical and functional aspects of e-commerce systems and online marketplace integrations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
