Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Syndication
  • Oversee the management of digital commerce product content, ensuring scalable sharing with a global focus. Advocate for uniform content standards across international e-commerce partners.
  • Systematically organize and categorize the digital product catalog, guaranteeing high-quality and consistent written and visual content across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams responsible for generating product content to enhance the quality and timeliness of digital assets.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class content publication and syndication practices.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to product content or digital shelf presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for necessary updates.
  • Act as the content syndication representative and project manager for eCommerce stakeholders, providing training and demonstrations for both internal and external partners.

Digital Shelf Monitoring
  • Continuously monitor digital shelves to confirm accurate product displays, including images, descriptions, and other pertinent information.
  • Proactively develop new processes to ensure that digital shelf and eCommerce requirements are integrated into the commercialization process, maximizing the use of available content.
  • Define digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards, and manage tools necessary for KPI reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights aimed at enhancing sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards, presentations, and consumer insights.

E-commerce Advocacy
  • Serve as an eCommerce advocate, demonstrating a commitment to educating cross-functional partners on eCommerce requirements.
  • Engage in additional activities as necessary to support the eCommerce business and partnerships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in eCommerce or data management, particularly in relation to Amazon.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Effective project management and prioritization skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively with global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Product Management Systems such as Salsify, Syndigo, Remdash, etc., and handling large datasets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel functions.
  • A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
