JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive E-commerce Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level B2B and B2C e-commerce initiatives, emphasizing the SAP Commerce technology stack and integrating marketplace solutions such as Mirakl. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of managing intricate IT projects. This role is accountable for aligning with business goals, overseeing comprehensive project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Project Leadership and Strategic Planning:

  • Direct the planning, execution, and closure of e-commerce projects, including those that utilize Mirakl for marketplace functionalities.
  • Create detailed project plans, track project progress, identify potential obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to maintain project timelines.
Risk and Change Management:
  • Identify risks proactively, implement contingency plans, and employ risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison among all project stakeholders, including vendors like Mirakl, business users, developers, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources or services.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project milestones and outcomes.
Budget and Financial Oversight:
  • Oversee the financial aspects of e-commerce projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting that reflects the current project status and adherence to the overall budget.
Performance and Compliance Reporting:
  • Regularly report to management and stakeholders on the progress, risks, and outcomes of e-commerce projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and company policies, achieving desired business impacts and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management expertise with experience in deploying e-commerce platforms like SAP Commerce and marketplace solutions such as Mirakl.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with the technical and functional aspects of e-commerce systems and online marketplace integrations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
