Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team at Schleich USA Inc. as a Digital Shelf Specialist - Content. This role will play a critical part in supporting our global strategic plan with a focus on Digital Commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management and Syndication:
    • Manage digital commerce product content and share it in a scalable way, with a primary focus on global markets.
    • Organize and categorize the digital product catalog, ensuring best-in-class and consistent written and visual content across digital touchpoints.
    • Consult with internal stakeholders responsible for creating product content to improve the quality and timing of digital assets.
    • Ensure best-in-class content publication and syndication standards are planned for and achieved.
    • Identify and address any issues with product content or digital shelf displays, working with internal teams and external partners to make necessary updates.
    • Be the content syndication spokesperson and project manager for e-commerce stakeholders, responsible for training and demonstrations for internal and external partners, including onboarding new partners and new interfaces.
  • Digital Shelf Monitoring:
    • Monitor digital shelves to ensure that our products are accurately displayed, with correct images, descriptions, and other relevant information.
    • Proactively identify new processes and procedures to ensure digital shelf and e-commerce requirements are part of the commercialization process and that available content is fully utilized.
    • Establish digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards, and manage tools needed to report on these KPIs.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to help improve our performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide input for dashboards, presentations, and consumer insight development.
  • eCommerce Champion:
    • Be an e-commerce ambassador, demonstrating an enthusiasm to educate cross-functional partners across the global organization on e-commerce needs.
    • Other activities as needed to support e-commerce business and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within e-commerce or data management supporting Amazon
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Effective project management and prioritization skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Product Management Systems such as Salsify, Syndigo, Remdash, etc. and large data sets.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced expertise with Excel functions.
  • Positive team player and strong work ethic.
