Job Overview
At Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills and Genesis of Colorado Springs, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving sales traffic, this role is responsible for handling all incoming calls and responding to leads generated online by connecting with clients via phone, text, email or video.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with incoming Internet and Campaign leads through the CRM within 1-5 calls, Personal OPT in TEXT and email.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the Show Ratio.
  • Confirm appointments.
  • Book 3-5 appointments daily to build the week.
  • Assist salespeople with follow-up and managing their calendars.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passionate about helping others.
  • Driven to hit Daily Goals.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good with Communication and love talking on the phone.
