Job Overview

The role of the Client Solutions Support Specialist encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Solutions Team in managing business travel accounts as needed, while directly overseeing a selection of inside-serviced accounts.
  • Maintain the customer management system by updating supplier contracts and offering process guidance to suppliers.
  • Deliver services and solutions that align with Fox's account segmentation and deliverable standards.
  • Provide internal implementation support for new accounts, managing daily implementation tasks, resources, and documentation; serve as the primary contact for vendor and supplier escalations during this phase.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks while remaining adaptable in a changing work environment.
  • Experience in the corporate travel industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Apollo or other GDS is a plus.
  • Vendor management experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication style, both written and verbal, to establish credibility at all organizational levels.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and clarify misunderstandings.
  • Ability to cultivate strong, trusting relationships to garner support and achieve objectives.
