Job Overview

The role of the Client Solutions Support Specialist involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Client Solutions Team. Key tasks include:

  • Assisting with the management of business travel accounts as needed, while directly overseeing a portfolio of accounts serviced internally.
  • Updating the customer management system with supplier agreements and providing necessary process guidelines to suppliers.
  • Delivering services and solutions that align with Fox's account segmentation and established deliverable parameters.
  • Providing internal support for the implementation of new accounts, managing daily details such as resources, documentation, and task assignments, and serving as the primary contact for vendor or supplier escalations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the corporate travel industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Apollo or other GDS systems (preferred).
  • Experience in vendor management (preferred).

  • Effective listening skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and address misunderstandings.
  • The capability to build strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
