The Luxury Manager in Waiting plays a pivotal role in supporting the store manager across all operational facets, inspiring sales associates to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability for the overall vision, direction, growth, profitability, and success of our retail establishment.

This is a full-time, salary-exempt position that includes commission, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance is available for this key leadership role.

Key Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Preferred management experience
  • Retail or customer service experience is advantageous
  • Comfortable using technology such as tablets, smartphones, or computers
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
