Account Executive I

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive I to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Solutions group, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative insurance and risk management solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day needs
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather submission materials and negotiate policy terms
- Deliver quote proposals and provide coverage overviews to clients
- Secure quotes, binders, and policies, and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients throughout the submission process
- Investigate and answer coverage inquiries
- Meet annual review and sales targets
- Manage daily phone coverage to achieve department standards
- 3+ years of sales or insurance industry experience in commercial insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate competence in comparing and analyzing insurance policies
- Articulate the value proposition of Aon
- Hold an active P&C License
