Job Title: Project Manager

QSE7, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering business results by driving project plans to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints
  • Deliver business results by driving project plans to closure
  • Monitor project status, maintain project dashboards, and report timely updates to senior leadership
  • Coordinate project status meetings, develop agendas, facilitate discussions, document meeting minutes, and publish performance metrics
  • Deliver transparent, timely, and effective verbal and written communications to team members, project stakeholders, and senior management
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks to project stakeholders and define/executing effective mitigation and contingency strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Estimate project costs and maintain monthly project financials
  • Participate in the change control process, including identifying/collecting required deliverables
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and resolve project deviations
  • Partner with the Planning organization to coordinate project team activities while minimizing impact to commercial base business operations
  • Influence others beyond own scope and level
  • Lead communications with all stakeholder levels to enable informed decision making
  • Drive team accountability to ensure timely execution of work and high-quality deliverables
  • Make the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization
  • Lead teams through options analysis and drive recommendations
  • Lead 'lessons learned' and 'best practices' sessions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant business experience in a GMP environment, with a minimum of three (3) years of increasing responsibility in the over-the-counter (OTC) consumer products and/or pharmaceutical industries
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation communication skills
  • Proven record of leading teams and delivering results
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading/motivating cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Requirements:
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated leadership & influencing skills across various organizational levels
Work Environment:

50% of project work will be executed on-site at a client facility in Fort Washington, PA; 50% will be executed from home office.
